レッドカラント、鮮やかなチェリー、ヤマヨモギのアロマから肉厚なトロピカルフルーツ、ココアパウダーがワインを引き立てます。フレッシュで鮮やかな酸が芳醇でまろやかなタンニンとバランスをなしキイチゴと熟した赤と黒の果実の風味が幾層にもなり芳ばしいスパイスと共に広がります。

品種：ジンファンデル100％
醸造： 破砕、除梗後に小さな開放槽に入れ約2週間かけて天然酵母で発酵。その間ポンピングオーバーを毎日2回行う。圧搾後15ヶ月フレンチオーク(新樽約20％)で熟成。1906年植樹のヘリテージ・クローン。古樹で低収量のジンファンデル。
Zinfandel from Dickinson Block is a prime example of the concentration and prowess of old vines. In the bouquet, aromas of red currant, bright cherry and sagebrush provide an opening act for the fleshy, almost tropical fruits and cocoa powder that highlight the wine. Fresh and bright acidity is balanced with rich, round tannins that showcase layers of bramble and ripe, red and black fruit flavors as well as baking spice characters found on the palate.
