モンタニー村とマコネのリュニー村のシャルドネを使用したこのシャルドネは、ピュアで繊細なワイン造りを求めていることから過度な抽出は一切なく、クリーンで美しい白ワインに仕上がっています。

limpid green-gold color, well-developed aromas smoothness tempered by a tinge of acidity.
Perfect with baked fishes, delicatessen, quenelles. Older, it goes best with creamy fish and poultry.

Appears like Bourgogne of the guard, with the structure which characterizes it. A light reduction is still smelled. The mouth is fine with a fruit very present (strawberry).
