もっともシンプルな伝統的ワインです。全く異なる栽培条件の畑のブレンドによって生まれ、安定した高いレベルのワイン。フレッシュでフルーティーなブーケ、バランスが取れた美しいハーモニーのワインに仕上がりました。

醸造：全てステンレスタンクを使用。マセレーション5〜6日、発酵14日。マロラクティック発酵後、翌年の7月まで熟成、その後2ヶ月瓶熟。

This is a very simple and traditionally made wine. This well-balanced wine is a product of a blend of vineyards with completely different characters. The grapes are sourced from Barolo Rivassi, Crosia/ Monforte d’Alba Castelleto, Cascina Pe Mol / Novello Ravera, with the average vine age being 25 years. It is ruby red with intense purple hues, and fresh, with a fruity prune-like scent. The palate is full, round, and structured with a good presence of sweet tannins and well-balanced acidity.
