品種:ピノ・ノワール100%
醸造:粘土が多く、砂利も含まれる土壌。1972年に植樹。低温でマセラシオン後、天然酵母で発酵。若干のピジャージュ。60~70%全房発酵。熟成は樽(新樽35~40%)で16~18ヶ月。清澄やろ過はせず、月齢カレンダーに従い瓶詰め。
