品種：ピノ・ノワール100%
醸造：石灰岩とジュラ紀中期の粘土石灰岩土壌。1958年に植樹。低温でマセラシオン後、天然酵母で発酵。ヴィンテージの個性に応じてピジャージュ。60～70%全房発酵。熟成は樽(新樽35～40%)で16～18ヶ月。清澄やろ過はせず月齢カレンダーに従い瓶詰め。
