フレッシュフルーツやフローラルなアロマが支配的ですが、その奥に瓶内二次発酵に由来するハチミツ、ヴァニラ、リキュールの特徴も感じます。甘みがありつつもフレッシュで、何より美しい酸が広がります。果実味、酸、澱との熟成、これらの要素が組み合わさり、豊かな味わいを生み出しています。
