VA（ヴォラティリティ)が高く、ラズベリーのニュアンスが強かったこのキュヴェ。寝かせ始めてもう5年目に突入したのですが、キャンディの香りがすっかり落ち着いて味わいがかなり円くなりました。久方振りのリリースとなります。このワインは今はもう失われてしまったShobbrook一族の自社畑から収穫されたShiraz 。収穫後は4日のマセラシオンカルボニック実家の裏庭にある大きなコンクリートタンクで発酵、ステンレスタンクでラッキング、更に古樽で熟成されています。チェリーやラズベリーの果実味に、微かなガスの食感、腐葉土やコショウのアフター。
