≪醸造/Technical Facts≫
斜面下部、プルミエ・クリュに接する区画。石灰質で小石の混じる土壌。0.83ha、樹齢30-60年、ギヨ・サンプル、植密度11,000本/ha、年産約5000本。手摘み、100%除梗。発酵前の低温浸漬を4~5日行い、発酵は32℃を超えないようコントロールしながら15~18日間行われる。パンチダウンとポンプオーバーを頻繁に行い色とアロマの抽出を最大限にする。熟成は228Lの樽熟成。新樽30%。ボトリング前のろ過はしない。
≪詳細/Details≫
色味が良く、若いうちはやや内気だが、4-5年の熟成でポテンシャルを見せ始める。野イチゴや花の香りにあふれ、熟成とともに林床や動物などの複雑味が出てくる。
