品種：ガメイ100%
醸造：7ha。ムーラン・ア・ヴァンの丘の斜面の中腹にある5つの区画のブドウを使用。樹齢は60〜80年で、土壌はやや浅く30〜50cmでピンク色の花崗岩と砂。
This cuvée comes from 7 parcels located in the middle of the slope of Moulin à Vent Hill. The vines are aged 60 to 80 years, planted on deep soils (30-50 cm) of pink granite and quartz. It produces wines with density and minerality and a long finish. It’s a wine that will keep between 2 and 6 years depending on the vintage to enjoy it to its full maturity.
