チェリーやスミレのエレガントなアロマ。味わいには塩味とミネラル、凝縮感を伴い長い余韻があります。イディグのピノ・ノワールはファルツでもトップクラスのワインの一つであり、間違いなくクリストマンの赤ワインにおける頂点と言えるでしょう。
