梅、ブルーベリーやブラックベリーの鮮烈で芳醇なアロマを杉タール、マウント・エーデルストーン特有のベイリーフ、セージ胡椒などのスパイスが引き立てます。みずみずしさを際立てたエレガントな味わいは熟れたプラム、黒コショウ、セージオイルそしてシナモンやカルダモンのようなエキゾチックなスパイスが複雑性を与え、ヴェルベットのようなタンニンが長く凝縮したフィニッシュをもたらします。
