醸造：0.18ha、ヴォルネイ側、平均樹齢55年。畑とワイナリー
で2回選果。発酵前に4～5日間低温マセラシオン、温度管理
のもとアルコール発酵、タンニンを和らげるため最後の8日は
28～30℃で発酵。26日キュヴェゾン。アPepper spices and fresh tobacco, rich on tannins, but has great acidity and balance and elegance.
