欠点のないガーネットレッド。花や果実、スパイスのアロマが複雑に重なります。しっかりとしたタンニンとストラクチャーで長 期熟成を約束されたワインです。地方：ピエモンテ産地：バローロ品種：ネッビオーロ100%醸造：100％除伷し50hlの直立型木製樽にて天然酵母によ る発酵。500ℓのフレンチオーク(新樽50%以上)でマロラク ティック発酵後2年熟成。澱引きし大樽で1年熟成後瓶詰し 更に3年熟成。
