This wine is incredibly unique due to the synergy of the altitude, soil, and direction of the vineyards from these four different areas; Barolo-Vignane, Novello-Merli, Monforte d’Alba-Conterni and Monforte d’Alba-Ceretta. The dark ruby-colored Barolo Le Vigne reveals stunning aromatics consisting of flowers, black fruits, spice, and minerals. There is extraordinary purity as well as intensity to the blackberry and cherry fruit flavors. As the wine sits in the glass, mineral and tar notes become more apparent. With blended wine from different vineyards, one can enjoy a Barolo that combines complexity with richness and mellowness that is unmatched.
Varietal: Nebbiolo

The story of Luciano Sandrone is a very simple one. After a long time working in the cellar of a major negotiant company, the chance came up to buy a Cannubi vineyard in the center of Barolo. His first vintage from the vineyard made a big impression in the wine world and the reputation of the domaine began. Luciano gradually increased the size of the vineyard plots he owned and through continuing to make wine every year, he increasingly came to be recognized as one of the region's top winemakers. Luciano, with his younger brother Luka, continues to work hard to make wonderful wine and today this achievement is acknowledged around the world with their wines receiving high acclaim. Because of the two brothers’ understanding, daily care and respect for the vineyard, they are the first to be able to reflect these characteristics in their wines.
