ブルーベリーやブラックベリー、ブラックカラントの魅惑的な香りと、バニラやナツメグといったデリケートなスパイスの香りがバラの花びらのような花の香りに発展します。フレッシュフルーツと胡椒などのスパイスの味わいと熟したタンニンを備え、厚みや凝縮感のある味わいです。

醸造：手摘みで収穫し完全除梗。22日開放槽にて低温でマセラシオン。アルコール発酵中１日2回ピジャージュ。100%マロラクティック発酵。新樽にて21ヶ月熟成。
Very complex, with both floral notes (rose petals) and notes of small berries (raspberry, blackcurrant, blackberry), as well as sweet spices (vanilla).Dense texture, complemented by a flavourful and digest fruitiness (berries), and by fleshy, fresh and spicy tannins.
