香りと味わいはオレンジの花、ハチミツ、パッションフルーツ、バナナ、グァバ。非常にバランスが取れ、心地よい酸と洋ナシやハチミツの長い余韻を感じます。辛口のソーテルヌや熟成したグラーヴの白ワインのスタイルを連想させます。

品種：オバイデ60％、メルワー40％
醸造：世界でも珍しい、フィロキセラ害を受けていない自根
の樹。フレンチオークにて9ヶ月発酵、熟成、30%新樽。ブレンド後に瓶詰めし、さらに6年熟成。
Beautiful honey gold color with a nose and palate of orange blossom, honey, wildflowers, and tropical fruits - guava, banana, and passion fruit. A very well balanced wine with good acidity and a long finish of pear and honey.
Varietal: 60％ Odaide, 40％Merwah
