エペルネのシャンパーニュ通りに面したワイナリーの地下深くにある広大なカーヴでゆっくりと熟成させる事で複雑なアロマと繊細な泡が生まれ、素晴らしいシャンパーニュに仕上がります。繊細で優美なスタイルは料理との相性も良く、多くのソムリエに支持されています。

One of only a very few luxury champagne houses still family-owned, Pol Roger was established in 1849 and is today managed by the 5th and 6^th generations, producing distinctive and elegant champagnes from the very best vineyards of the region.

The winery is located on the celebrated Avenue de Champagne in Epernay where long and slow maturation in deep and particularly cool cellars contributes greatly to the complex aromas and fine bubbles that distinguish these superb champagnes - a distinctly vinousstyle, synonymous with elegance and refinement, they are favouredby sommeliers for their harmony with fine cuisine.
