全房発酵による特徴がしっかりと混ざり合い、小さな赤い果実やバラの花びら、微かにトリュフの香りなど、全房がしっかりと混ざり合いクリーンでチャーミングなブーケ。瑞々しく熟した赤や黒い果実や牡蠣殻のニュアンスからフィニッシュにほのかにスパイスを感じます。
