プラムの香りが豪華で軽やかに広がり、新鮮で力強い後味が素晴らしく滑らかなタンニンとともに長く続きます。プラムやチーク材、黒茶の香りがクローブのニュアンスと共に緻密に重なり合います。1967年にこの土地に初めてブドウを植樹したトムの功績にちなんで名づけられたワインです。
