    ムルソー、ヴォルネイの自社畑のピノ・ノワールとボジョレー・ヴィラージュのプルジイ村のガメイをブレンド。チェリーやダークフルーツの華やかなアロマ。ジューシーで軽やかな酸とミネラルを備え、フィニッシュには甘さを感じます。

    品種： ピノ・ノワール50%、ガメイ50%
    醸造： 30％除梗、8ヶ月樽熟成(新樽15％)。栽培・醸造に関してできるだけ介入せず野 生のままにこだわる哲学を込めて” Folie Sauvage (野生の狂気)”と名付けた。

    Attractive aromas of ripe raspberries, dark berries, vanilla, smoke, oak with red fruit. Light-to-medium-bodied, dry and crunchy on the palate with intense flavors of cranberries, some floral notes of violets, a hint of playful earthy Pinosity and a touch of peppery spice.

    Varietal: 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Gamey Noir
