醸造：培養酵母と野生酵母を使用し、ステンレスタンクで発酵、熟成。マロラクティック発酵は無し。This wine shows all the characteristics of a mature vineyard with classic Marlborough flavors matched with depth and broadness on the palate. Aged in stainless steel tanks, it is bright straw green in color with a bouquet of fresh citrus and tropical fruits. It is rich and full-bodied, displaying an excellent balance of fruit and acidity with a lingering fresh lime finish.
