10月初旬に収穫し、ステンレスタンクで発酵。マセレーションは10℃で2日、28～30℃で4～6日、1日4回のポンピングオーバーと2回のパンチングダウンを行う。マロラクティック発酵後6ヶ月熟成、さらに３ヶ月瓶内熟成。ユーロリーフ取得。
≪詳細/Details≫
フルーティでベリー、チェリーパイ、スパイスを感じます。味わいは丸みがあり、新鮮でシンプルですが、甘いチェリーや梅の風味を感じます。しなやかで飲みやすくバランスのとれたワインです。
