レッドフルーツにスパイスが加わる典型的な古樹のピノ・ノワールの洗練された味わいで、フレッシュさと共に複雑さも感じられます。若い時でも潜在性をしっかりと表現しているワインです。地方：ブルゴーニュ産地：ジュヴレ・シャンベルタン品種：ピノ・ノワール100%醸造：粘土石灰岩で化石化した貝の多いマールが混ざる土壌。1926～52年に植樹。低温でマセラシオン後、天然酵母で発酵。1日3～4回のピジャージュ。60～70%全房発酵。 熟成は樽(新樽35～40%)で16～18ヶ月。清澄やろ過はせず月齢カレンダーに従い瓶詰め。
