地方：ブルゴーニュ
産地：モレ・サン・ドニ
品種：ピノ・ノワール100%
醸造：茶色の石灰岩で砂利はなくリンと粘土を含む土壌。1980年に植樹。標高290m。低温でマセラシオン後、天然酵母で発酵。定期的なピジャージュ。60〜70%全房発酵。熟成は樽(新樽35〜40%)で16〜18ヶ月。清澄やろ過はせず、月齢カレンダーに従い瓶詰め。
