1993年の創業当初に植樹されたセントラル・オタゴ全体でも最も古いと言われる畑から、最良の年だけ造られるワイン。ギブストン最上部の中央という最高地に位置するブルゴーニュクローンのピノ・ノワールの単一畑。フレンチオークで50％を全房発酵。新樽30％を使用し14ヶ月熟成。
