野生のダークチェリー、ブラックベリー、青や赤の花々の豊かなアロマ。熟したチェリー、カシス、ラズベリーに加え、土、ハーブ、紅茶などの複雑なフレーヴァーが広がり、美しい骨格とミネラルを備えた甘美なワインです。地方：ボージョレ
産地：フルーリー
品種：ガメイ100%
醸造：1940年植樹。野生酵母によりコンクリートタンクで全房発酵、15日間セミ・マセラシオン・カルボニック。9ヶ月大樽熟成。古木から造られ長期熟成能力が高いためキュヴェ・タルディヴ（晩熟のキュヴェ）と命名。
