輝きのあるむぎ藁のような黄色で、途切れない繊細な泡を伴います。アカシア、プラム、林檎の香り、フローラルかつ果実を感じる長いフィニッシュが続きます。

品種：ヴェルメンティーノ主体、シャルドネ
醸造：ヴェルメンティーノはステンレスタンク、シャルドネは新樽で発酵後、少なくとも6ヶ月澱と共に熟成。その後ブレンドをし、50hlの加圧タンク内で第二次発酵を14℃で行い6ヶ月後に瓶詰め。
luminous straw yellow with fine and persistent bubbles. Very pleasant nose with notes of acacia, broom, plums, apple. The palate stands out thanks to sapidity and freshness, enriched by the bubbles. Long, fruity, and floral finish.
This sparkling wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with vegetable and fish starters, including fried, and first courses with fish or vegetable sauces.
