醸造：樹齢30～50年。ブドウを12℃に冷却し除伷せずに直接圧搾。15～30日樽発酵、古樽で約12ヶ月熟成。サン・ジャックはリューディ名。
サンザシやハーブのアンジェリカのアロマ。口に含むと美しい苦みが心地よく広がります。ラベル：マルグリット・ド・フランドル。ブルゴーニュのフィリップ2世と結婚し、ブルゴーニュ、アルトワ、フランドル、ルテル、ヌヴェールの国々を相続。

Vinification: Vines: 30-50 years old. The grapes are cooled to 12°C and pressed directly without de-stemming.
