    バイオダイナミックの認定を受けた畑のブドウを使用。100%除伷し小区画ごとに醸造。タンニンを最適に抽出すべく丁寧に攪拌しながら低温マセレーションを実施し、スキンコンタクトは27日。新樽33％、1年樽50%、3年樽17%のフレンチオークで約15ヶ月熟成。

    深いルビーレッド。野生のベリー類のようなスパイシーな香りにダーク・チェリーやブラック・ベリー、甘草のような風味。がっしりとしたストラクチャーにシルクの様な滑らかなタンニンを伴い余韻が長く続きます。
