出来が良い年にだけ造る単一畑のワイン。片岩、砂利の土壌に115番と5番のクローンを栽培。手摘みで収穫し、畑で選果。3.5トンの木樽で1/3を5日の低温マセレーションにて全房発酵。天然酵母のみを使用しミディアムライトトーストのフレンチオーク(新樽25％)にて熟成。

風味のきいたスパイスや濃く赤い果実、野生のタイムや炭のアロマティックな香り。テクスチャーのしっかりとした味わいで余韻が長く、絶妙な味わいで活力あふれるワインです。
