産地：バノックバーン
品種：ピノ・ノワール100%
醸造：フェルトン・ロード最西端、5.6haの北向きのテラス状の畑。手摘みで収穫し天然酵母による発酵、1/3全房使用。3.5トンの木樽で約5日低温マセレーション。ミディアムライトトーストのフレンチオークにて11ヶ月熟成。新樽1/3を使用しバランスを図る。
White flower, frangipani, kaffir, lime, and spice aromatics, leading to a textural mouthfeel showing brightness, minerality, and drive. The wine finishes with a lithe balanced persistence.
