ポリゴン2、5、ブロック18のブドウをブレンド。手摘みで収穫・選果後、コンクリートタンクで約80％全房発酵。30日間マセラシオン後プレス、コンクリートタンクでMLF、ポリゴンは卵型コンクリートタンク、ブロック18は石壺で熟成。ブレンドし清澄せず無濾過で瓶詰め。

フレッシュな赤系果実と華やかな花、ミネラルのニュアンス。美しい酸がワインにテンションを与え、シスト土壌由来の力強く緻密なタンニンが長期熟成のポテンシャルを表現しています。まさに“プルミエ・クリュ”クラスのグルナッシュです。
