全て手摘みで収穫され、軽く破砕しステンレスタンクに移し、24時間スキンコンタクトを施し、ステンレスタンクにてフリーラン・ジュースを21℃で発酵。熟成も同じくステンレスタンクで行われ、清澄して瓶詰め。
≪詳細/Details≫
愛らしい深いピンク色。フローラルな香り。アニスやブラウンシュガーのニュアンスも。非常にリッチでバランスが取れ、キャラメルやトフィーの味わいが感じられます。10℃～12℃が適温です。
