濃く深いルビー。野生の桑の実やイチゴ。そして樽に由来する焙煎香もわずかに加わり複雑なアロマ。リッチで肉づきがよく、滑らかで熟したタンニンを伴います。フレッシュでスパイシー なフィニッシュがとても長く続きます。地方：ブルゴーニュ産地：シャンボール・ミュジニー品種：ピノ・ノワール醸造：手摘みで収穫し丁寧に選果。18～23日にわたる低温マセレーション後アルコール発酵。新樽30～40%で15～ 18ヶ月熟成。
