オーストラリアのワイン醸造において先駆者として熟知されるシリル(1924～79)に捧げたワイン。甘いブラックベリー、スパイスハーブ、カシス、スミレそしてシガーボックス、タールや燻製肉のニュアンスが香る複雑なアロマを持ち、強烈なブラックフルーツスパイス、乾燥したハーブの合わさった複雑でパワフルな味わい。厚みと存在感のあるタンニン、そして美しく長いフィニッシュです。
