レッドチェリーや苺のフレッシュなアロマが広がりミディアムボディで花、ミント、レッドベリー、レッドチェリーのピュアで心地よいフレーヴァーが特徴です。しっかりとした酸に支えられ滑らかで生き生きとしたテクスチャーを伴います。
地方：トスカーナ
産地：キャンティ･クラシコ
品種：サンジョヴェーゼ80%、カナイオーロ他20%
醸造：温度管理をしたステンレスタンクで発酵。マセレーションは約15日。発酵中はデレスタージュとポンピングオーバーを1日2回施す。マロラクティック発酵の後、4000ℓの樽で1年熟成。Dark ruby in color, the Chianti Classico has a clean and fresh perfumed nose of red cherry and strawberry. It is medium-bodied and boasts copious floral, minty red berry and red cherry flavors of lovely purity, with a smooth yet vibrant texture nicely firmed by an edge of acidity.
