蔵出し限定品のSibi et Paucis。「シビ エ パウチ」とはラテン語で、シビ（私の）、パウチ（限定されたもの）という意味があり、「ワイナリー蔵出し」である事、「特別なコレクション」である事を表わしています。バローロは10年、ヴァルマッジョーレは6年、蔵で熟成されリリースされます。
クリュ・ワインのコンセプトで造り上げたシングル・ヴィンヤードのバローロ。リッチかつフルーティーで、はっきりとしたタンニンは骨格の一部となっています。力強さとフィネスを兼ね備えたワインです。

醸造：ステンレス・タンクでマセラシオン9～12日間、発酵25日間、 500リットルのフレンチオークでMLF後、24か月熟成、さらに20ヶ月瓶熟。
