Chardonnay 100%。Lance Redgwell（ランス・レッジウェル）が「最も洗練された白ワイン」をコンセプトに手掛けるキュヴェ。Gisborne（ギズボーン）のオーガニックブドウを使用し、大半は樹齢30年以上のMendoza（メンドーサ）クローン。古樽で野生発酵後、澱とともに約10カ月熟成しています。シャイなシトラスや火打石を思わせる香りに、豊かな酸と丸みのある旨味が調和。SO₂無添加とは思えないほど端正でクラシカルな味わいです。
