Riesling 100%。Martinborough（マーティンボロー）の自社畑「Sirrus（シラス）」産。古代河川由来の礫質土壌で育つブドウを使用し、スキンマセラシオンした果汁をベースに、同一モストを加えて瓶内二次発酵を行っています。豊かなミネラルと生き生きとした酸が調和し、ライムや酢橘、ハニーサックル、白桃を思わせるアロマが広がります。ほのかな甘みと旨味が心地よく、軽やかで伸びやかな飲み口が魅力のスパークリングワインです。
