樹齢60年。粘土石灰質土壌。0.58haの単一畑で青い泥灰土。40%全房発酵、コンクリートタンクで2週間発酵、その後樽熟成（新樽15~20％）。

ブラックベリーやコケモモ、熟した果実の豊かなアロマに加え、白胡椒や鉄、腐葉土のニュアンスも感じられます。滑らかなタンニンを備え、10年ほど熟成も可能です。
