ガメイ 100%醸造：1950・1970・1990年植樹、石英が混じるピンクの花 崗岩。ポンシエはリューディ名。ジュール・ショヴェが提唱し たマセラシオン・アロマティック（ピジャージュを一切行わな いセミ・カルボニック）を実施、35hlの大樽で10ヶ月熟成。 チェリー、プラム、スミレ、ペッパーの華やかなアロマ。心地 よい酸味とタンニンを伴うジューシーなワインです。
