醸造：収穫後優しく圧搾し、36時間でデブルバージュを行う。アルコール発酵は温度管理の下自然に始まる。澱と共に数ヶ月熟成後、春に瓶詰め。
With a clear bright yellow color, our Pouilly Fume opens with a nose of white flowers, vegetable notes combined with citrus zest.
On the palate, the attack is forthright and lively, there is a great delicacy with freshness and a nice minerality.
