醸造：収穫後優しく圧搾し、36時間でデブルバージュを行う。アルコール発酵は温度管理の下自然に始まる。澱の上で数ヶ月熟成後、春に瓶詰め。
Pale golden-yellow color. On the nose with notes of white flowers, citrus, and exotic fruits. Smooth and soft on the palate. Clear floral notes, accompanied by birch and quince. To balance the sweetness of the fruit, the wine has a lively freshness.
