最大2日間、午後に手摘みでブドウを収穫後、破砕前に選別を行います。発酵は優しく過度な抽出はせず、温度管理をしたコンクリートタンクで行います。ブレンドは多くの場合メルローのみですが、12月に決定し100%新樽で熟成。

濃密な色調で、芳醇で複雑な香り、そして豪華な果実が溢れます。偉大な年では、たやすく25年またはそれ以上熟成した味わいを楽しむことができます。
