2.35ha、砂利で覆われたマールと石灰の2つのテロワールのブドウを使用。全房のまま空気圧プレスで圧搾、30hlの大樽で天然酵母によるアルコール発酵・マロラクティック発酵、30ヶ月樽熟成。２つの区画が隣合う事からLesVoisines（隣同士）と命名。

芳醇なアロマでわずかにトースト香を感じます。リッチで複雑な味わいはミネラルを伴い、炒ったゴマのフレーヴァーが余韻に残ります。
