香りはローズマリーなどのハーブやバラに加え、スモーキーなニュアンスも感じます。口の中ではブルーベリー、ブラックカラント、チェリーなどのフルーツとフローラルなフレーヴァーが広がります。非常にバランスが取れており、異なるテロワールのブドウをブレンドすることによって複雑性が生まれています。

産地：プロヴァンス
品種：シラー主体、グルナッシュ、サンソー
醸造：ドゥミ・ミュイ(600ℓ)とバリック(225ℓ)にて9ヶ月熟成。
The nose is on scrubland, rosemary, rose, noble vegetal and smoky notes.
The palate is on notes of berries (cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry) and floral notes (rose) as well as cold ashes. This wine is definitely all about balance, and the geological complexity is obvious and gives nuance to the blend.
Varietal: Mainly Syrah , supported by Grenache and Cinsault
