醸造：94番目の区画“セクション94”のブドウのみを使用し、18ヶ月古いフレンチオークで熟成。マロラクティック発酵は無し。This wine uses Sauvignon Blanc from a single specified area of the Dog Point Vineyard. Unusually for a Marlborough Sauvignon the wine is aged in old French oak barrels for 18 months much like a fine white Bordeaux. The wine is straw-colored with a powerful bouquet of grapefruit and lifted floral aromatic notes of white flowers set against a background of complex yeast lees characters. Strong citrus flavors complement a degree of minerality showing excellent balance and an exotic finish.
