セヴィル・ヴィンヤードはアッパー・ヤラの麓、ヤラ・リヴァーに位置する畑。モンバルクの火山性の赤土が混じる土壌です。北側の地域に比べて冷涼で、ブドウの成熟もゆっくりと進行します。
The Seville vineyard lays on the Yarra River at the foothills of the Upper Yarra, where signs of the red clay Monbulk volcanic soil profile begins to show through. Cooler and later by a couple of weeks compared to the north side of the Yarra.

Seville syrah always provides dark cherry, bresaola and sausage meat gamey tones complemented by cool climate fresh acid and long living chalky tannins.
