Four generations of the Mondavi family have created world-class wines in the Napa Valley. The Michael Mondavi Family, creators of the new Crimson Ranch wines, took their inspiration from families, like their own, who headed west across the country in search of opportunity. California, with its rich winemaking heritage, was their destination.
Past generations of Mondavi family, counted among the scores of dreamers who used a crimson sky as their beacon, crossing the country west to California in search of opportunity. Inspired by their pioneering spirit and the bountiful land that they worked, integral to this state’s winemaking heritage, Michael Mondavi Family made Crimson Ranch as a tribute to those who followed the sun.
