強烈なルビーレッドにスミレ色が加わる。特徴的なアロマはフレッシュなブラック・チェリー、スパイスや甘いヴァニラ。味わいはリッチなタンニンとグリセリン。チェリー、プラムジャムや黒コショウ、ルバーブを連想させる味わいに良い酸味が加わっています。

醸造：20hlの樽でマロラクティック発酵。
Ruby red color has beautiful tints of purple that last even when this wine is aged. Full of aromas and a pleasant sensation of black pepper. The mineral notes in the wine are accentuated with the period of maturation in the bottle. Good acidity and a lot of flavors. Harmoney between the spiciness and the vibrant fruit elegance with the aftertaste of black cherries and toasted almonds.
